The role
Reporting to the Partners in our Business Advisory division, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to grow their career whilst providing secretarial and administration support. In this role, you will:
1. Type all correspondence including tender documents, faxes and letters engagement letters;
2. Manage partners diaries, includingpleting timesheets and scheduling appointments;
3. Relieve reception (if and when required); and
4. Undertake Corporate Secretarial work including preparing annualpany reviews and minutes
About you
To be considered for this role you must:
5. have a minimum of 2 years secretarial or administration experience, preferably gained in a professional services environment;
6. beputer and technology savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills;
7. effectively manage tasks andplete these in given time; and
8. work effectively with different people and assist other support staff as required
In addition, you will:
9. demonstrate strongmunication skills, both written and oral;
10. provide high level service to clients;
11. take initiative to find a solution; and
12. have excellent attention to detail
