About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team at any of our major branches across QLD. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Service Marketing Manager, you will:
1. Develop and Manage the market offerings for Service that drive revenue growth whilst achieving key business financial performance metrics including profit, cashflow and balance sheet impact.
2. Manage the Dealer exchange portfolio to balance revenue growth against dealer capacity and inventory turns
3. Support the IBP process for components through understanding customer demand and establishing primary and secondary market offerings to meet demand irrespective of dealership capacity constraint
4. Work with Caterpillar to ensure Cat Reman offering and inventory is adequate to meet the local needs of our customers and industries
5. Develop and manage the rebuild and repair offerings from component to complete machine to ensure market offering and turn around times position Hastings Deering as the primary rebuilder in territory.
6. Develop and Manage the strategy and execution of the central quoting team to ensure we can quote accurately in a timely manner that is executable by the business on acceptance
7. Develop and manage the quoting tools / systems to provide the customer facing teams, central quoting teams, and service teams to provide prompt and accurate quotes.
8. Develop and manage the reporting suite to accurately track related KPI’s for Caterpillar, Hastings Deering and Sime Darby Industrial.
9. Assist with tactical marketing strategy and planning through Customer Needs Analysis to deliver customer plans and value propositions
10. Provide market / customer / competitor analysis and interpretation through intensive and ongoing market research
11. Assist in the development of pricing strategies for the area
12. Establish and manage the service budgets for annual budget and periodic reforecasts
13. Lead and collaborate with Caterpillar on the strategic initiatives that deliver best practice dealer service excellence across the enterprise

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
24. Relevant level of experience in a sales/marketing management role
25. Previous experience leading a high performing team
26. Experience building and managing business/section development models, including interpretation and execution
27. Strong stakeholder engagement
28. Strong communication skills
29. Trade or tertiary qualified is desirable
