Site Supervisor - Civil Construction (Roads / Earthworks)We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to be a leader across our project sites by ensuring works are constructed in accordance with agreed productions, methodologies, timeframes and to the requirements of our high safety, quality and environmental standards.What you can expect in the role:You'll supervise and lead the construction team onsite (including Leading hands, labourers, Machine operators & sub-contractors, to produce planned activities each day.You'll plan and allocate work, monitor progress, and take overall responsibility for ensuring project construction is carried out effectively.You'll lead Daily Pre-Start talks, highlighting tasks for the day, the hazards involved and control measures.You'll review the program lookahead with the project team to ensure everyone is aligned and heading towards the same milestones.You'll read and understand the requirements of design drawings and project specifications and manage construction on site accordingly.You'll help create and lead a positive and inclusive culture on site which promotes the reporting of Near Misses, Non-Conformances and Incidents / Accidents.You'll work closely with the Project Engineers to understand budget production rates, costs codes and budgeted crew sizes.You'll complete a detailed daily diary.You'll provide advice and recommendations to the Project Manager for improvements to company systems, processes, methods of construction or anything that improves production or adds value to the business or project.About you:You have experience in a similar role (Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor / leading hand / Site Manager or similar).You have experience building roads and earthworks projects.You like to use your expertise & innovation to deliver work that you and the team are proud of.You enjoy helping your team find the best solutions to deliver complex projects.You have attention to detail and are passionate about maintaining a neat and tidy job site.What you'll get in return:Full-time ongoing position.Competitive annual salary, paid every week.Company vehicle provided.Apply now by hitting the quick apply button.Keystone Civil is a locally owned Civil Construction company founded in 2014.
