We develop machine simulation and learning technologies for “all makes’ of surface and underground equipment manufacturers within the mining industry.Our down-to-earth and friendly People Team, based in Osborne Park, are seeking an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic part-time Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support our small People Team and our wider business operations.You will assist with all Reception/Office Coordination related activities to ensure the smooth running of the department.Part-time days and hours include: Tues-Fri – 4 days per week/9am to 1.30pm (4.5 hours per day / 18 hours per week).Key responsibilities include:Greeting visitors as the first point of contactGeneral Reception duties – directing incoming/outgoing calls, distributing mail, arranging couriers and maintaining the digital Visitly visitor sign-in processCoordinating building maintenance requirements and communication as requiredBooking & managing meeting roomsOrdering of office supplies, maintaining kitchens/dishwashers, First Aid kitsCoordinating travel and making accommodation arrangements as requiredScheduling and managing client demonstration events and ordering of cateringAssist with administrative duties including data entry, inbox management, credit card reconciliation, marketing leads, customer support certificatesKey experience includes:Previous experience in a similar positionStrong MS skillsKnowledge of Reception/Office functionsStrong people and customer service skillsOrganised with excellent attention to detailConfident and self-motivatedAbility to manage highly confidential informationAble to prioritise tasks to meet deadlinesAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamLet’s talk!If you think we're a match, then please send your resume, detailing how your experience will help you achieve the responsibilities listed aboveImmersive Technologies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
