As our Event Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, turning their event visions into sparkling realities.

You'll brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts for events, brand activations, and experiential marketing, combining your creativity with outstanding client service skills.
Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll create stunning design proposals and manage client briefs and budgets with finesse.
You'll build strong relationships, lead inspiring consultations, and keep projects on track for timely delivery, collaborating with our fantastic internal teams, trusted suppliers, and external partners to create event magic.Plus, you'll maintain our showroom's charm, manage our decor inventory, and dive into on-site styling and setup.

Get ready to unleash your passion and make events sparkle!Key Responsibilities:Deliver an exceptional client experience at every project stage, maintaining a customer-first mindset.Facilitate client consultations both in-person and online, aligning creative ideas with client expectations.Manage all phases of client projects from inquiry to delivery, including quoting and timely project completion.Ensure accurate logging of client details and project information in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.Oversee and track project budgets, ensuring all costs are allocated correctly.Assist in on-site styling and setup, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.Operational Support:Maintain a stylish and organised showroom, regularly updating decor inventory.Support the warehouse team in organising decor items for client projects.Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring alignment with design vision.Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.Creative & Design:Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for fresh design concepts.Work with the Creative Director to deliver high-quality artistic output.Assist in developing creative proposals and documentation using Adobe Creative Suite & PowerPoint.Prepare visual mock-ups and materials for client presentations.Select and recommend materials that enhance the overall brand experience.Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and budget adherence.Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Work seamlessly across departments to ensure smooth communication.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive work culture.Participate in meetings to improve internal processes and enhance client satisfaction.Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and seek new business leads.Company Representation & Culture:Represent Decor It Studio as a premium, humble and approachable service provider.Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.Participate in team activities to enhance collaboration and inclusivity.Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.Key Selection Criteria:At least 2-3 years of experience in an Event Project Coordinator/Management, Stylist, or Creative role within events, interiors, or design.Proven experience in client relationship management across various industries.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximising creative output.Preferable creative and design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with digital inventory and/or CRM systems is advantageous.Comprehensive understanding of event types and styles, particularly weddings and corporate events.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Creative and strategic thinking to find innovative solutions.Client-focused mindset, consistently exceeding expectations.Adaptability and flexibility to pivot when priorities shift.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management.Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.Personality Characteristics:Passionate about event decor and design.Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.Strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and results-driven.A team player eager to support and uplift colleagues.Growth mindset with a desire to learn and evolve.If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you!
