Description Based in Bellevue, as a Site Administrator, your primary responsibilities will be to: Overseeing site access for visitors, suppliers, contractors, deliveries, VIPs, and the public. Managing visitor check-ins and check-outs, conducting inductions, issuing PPE, connecting visitors with relevant site contacts, and addressing inquiries. Administering and maintaining records for security access cards, key assignments, and employee lockers. Ensuring office facilities and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies. Ordering, issuing, and maintaining PPE inventory, including spare stock for visitors. Handling PR/PO creation and processing invoices for indirect purchasing requirements. Coordinating onboarding logistics, including arrivals, desk allocation, IT setup, PPE distribution, building access, and ID cards for new starters. Providing administrative support, including meeting minutes, presentations, correspondence, follow-ups, action plans, and maintaining the organizational chart.
