About the role…
The position we have available is based in our Remote Support Coordination team. This program supports people to navigate the NDIS, understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met. Being part of our Remote Team delivering this support means you will be providing much needed supports and connecting to services to people in regional and remote communities who wouldn't otherwise have access to this support.
Your day-to-day role will provide personalised guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services, which may include:
Understanding individual plans and funding available
Finding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomes.
Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success
Developing skills in others that enable them to become independent and self assured in their ability to manage their NDIS funding.
You will also complete a range of administration that is required to document a person’s progress, internal reports, and as required by the NDIS.
About You…
This wonderful opportunity is available immediately and would be best suited to people who have some experience or exposure to Support Coordination including those who have personal or lived/living experience navigating the NDIS, funded packages and plans.
To be successful, you must be a person who is genuinely thrilled to see others achieve their goals; can easily adapt your communication style to build relationships and appreciate individual pace - noticing and celebrating key milestones and the small steps along the way.
This position is offered on a permanent part-time basis, with the equivalent full-time base salary range offered is between 65-70K + Super + Salary Packaging + Royal Rewards, pro rata'd. Relevant certificates or qualifications with experience attract the higher rate.
You will be provided with all the necessary tools you need including a laptop and phone. To support your success, you will have access to a knowledgeable senior leadership team including a Practice Lead in Support Coordination to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation.
Your Royal Rewards…
