The M365 team is part of the Application Services department within Digital Health. The applications team has 3 core functions across all of Alfred Health. The provision of database administration, application development and support services (to varying extents) across all health service software applications and systems - with the exception of the Cerner Millennium System and the Patient Administration System. The Position Summary The M365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft M365 solutions to optimize business processes and improve collaboration within the organization. This role involves working with the latest Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power BI), and other M365 services. The M365 Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop custom solutions, and provide technical support and maintenance. The appointee works within the M365 team and will report to the M365 Team Leader. Skills and Qualifications Required Demonstrated minimum 5 years experience in a similar role as an M365 Developer, focusing on building solutions with the M365 Power platform. Proven ability to gather requirements, design, and implement M365 solutions that meet business needs. Power Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Microsoft Dataverse: Experience with Dataverse for creating and managing complex relational data within Power Platform applications. SharePoint Online: Proficiency in developing, managing, and customizing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows. Microsoft Teams Development: Familiarity with Teams customizations, including app integrations and chatbots. Scripting and Coding: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization; PowerShell for automation and administration. Azure Active Directory (AAD): Understanding of AAD and security roles, including identity and access management. Data Integration and Migration: Experience with integrating and migrating data within M365 tools and external databases.
