The Registered Nurse enables patient involvement in their treatment plans and is an integral component of the Heart & Lung nursing workforce.
The Registered Nurse level 1 develops from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice.
They consolidate knowledge and skills and develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience.
The Registered Nurse accepts accountability for his or her own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.
