About the role
We are a results focussed company, no kpi's, no reports, and we work hard to produce exceptional results.
Responsibilities include daily account management, daily business development and daily resourcing to produce placements quickly & effectively for our clients.
The ideal person for this role would be autonomous, self-motivated, have a sales & business development focus and a dependable desire to overachieve.
Requirements for this role
* 4+ years recruitment agency experience.
* Demonstrated sales & business development successes.
* Demonstrated resourcing successes on 'hard to fill' assignments.
* Demonstrable success delivering above expectations .
* Above average computer skills (Apple Mac an advantage).
* Advanced Recruitment CRM / ATS skills.
* Advanced skills using LinkedIn .
* Very strong attention to detail.
* Professional presentation and polished communication skills.
