Job Title: Salesforce Technical ArchitectWe seek a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant to establish and grow our Salesforce practice in Adelaide.This strategic role involves leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and developing a team of consultants, including onboarding of graduate consultants.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce consulting.Certification: Designing, workforce, and Salesforce development certifications.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on end-to-end project delivery.Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as needed.Role and Responsibilities: Practice Development: Establish and grow the Salesforce practice in Adelaide, aligning with the company's strategic goals.Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and projects.Collaborate with senior leadership to set practice goals and objectives.Client Engagement and Project Delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Lead end-to-end Salesforce project implementations, from discovery through to delivery and post-implementation support.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training program for graduate consultants.Provide ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities for the team.Customer Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions to drive business outcomes.Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.Monitor and manage practice performance metrics, including project profitability and resource utilization.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Experience, Desired Skills and Education: Experience in business development and client acquisition.Experience in LWC, sales and service cloud.Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware).Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Previous experience in onboarding and training graduate consultants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
