The Baker McKenzie corporate secretarial team assists with the: incorporation of companies annual corporate compliance obligations of companies maintaining and updating of corporate registers of companies changes in officeholders of companies increasing and decreasing capital in companies transfers of shares in companies changes of names of companies reorganisation and restructuring of corporate groups deregistration of companies. The Baker McKenzie corporate secretarial team provides corporate secretarial services to many of the largest companies in the world. The Baker McKenzie corporate secretarial team in Australia is going from strength to strength and is looking at adding a further corporate paralegal to assist the Corporate Secretarial team in Melbourne. Skills and Experience Required Experience as a corporate paralegal is preferred but not essential. We are looking for a career paralegal. Suitable candidates will possess the following attributes: superior attention to detail strong organisational skills a strong work ethic to meet the high expectations of our clients - many of which are large global organisations in different time zones ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both writing and verbally noticed.
