About the Role The Head of Department - Senior Schooling will: Lead the development and implementation of senior school strategies aligned with the school's Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) and strategic priorities; Ensure the effective delivery of senior curriculums aligning with QCAA requirements; Oversight of QCIA and alternate pathways for students in collaboration with DP inclusion/QCIA coordinator; Lead the Senior Schooling Team to review, develop and implement of ISHS Pathway program (year 10 - 12); Lead data-driven conversations to inform tracking, intervention and academic case management supporting every student to stay on track to attainment; Lead monitoring and support to ensure all students have a plan to transition to a meaningful post-school pathway; Assist in the review, development and implementation of Senior school policies and processes; Manage and oversee QCAA data submissions and other compliance requirements related to senior schooling.
