About The Position
We're looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team and bring their passion for seafood cuisine to life. Position Description
* Assist the Sous and Head Chef in preparing and executing menu items
* Focus on seafood dishes and local specialties
* Maintain food quality and kitchen standards
* Collaborate with the team on menu ideas and presentation
* Manage food prep and maintain cleanliness in designated workstations
Position Requirements
* Experience in a Chef De Partie or similar role in a quality-focused kitchen
* Strong interest and skill in seafood preparation
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
* Able to work effectively in a high-energy kitchen team
* Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
