An exciting opportunity for an Executive Operations Business Partner to work with the CEO and broader team at Commercial Radio & Audio. This role has a birds eye view across the whole Australian audio industry and gets to work on a enormous variety of different things every day.
The role will provide a mix of operational expertise (40%), project management (30%) and administrative support (30%) primarily supporting the CEO but working in collaboration across the organisation.
The role is currently full time with 4 days in our Surry Hills office and 1 day WFH. There is potential for the role to be 4 days PPT for the right candidate. Areas of Focus
Operational planning and execution (40%)
1. CRA’s People Plan: You will work with the CEO on developing CRA’s People Plan and you will own the execution of this plan. This includes managing our Employment Hero platform.
2. CRA's Net Zero Plan: You will work with the CEO on our plan to reduce our carbon emissions and act as CRA’s participant in Industry projects regarding sustainability.
3. CRA Office Management: including moving the organisation from current premises to co-working model and developing new ways of working to ensure we are future fit to take advantage of hybrid and agile disciplines and technologies.
Project management (30%)
1. Industry Workforce development program: working with the CEO to develop and deliver a program with educational institutions to create pathways for employment across the industry.
2. Be responsible for delivering CRA Team Events such as offsites and celebrations.
3. Support the marketing team with various activities including but not limited to Industry Awards, Showcases, Workshops, Events.
4. Database management ensuring CRA's primary communications tool is maintained accurately.
Administrative support (30%)
1. Schedule Management: handle the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing meetings, events, and deadlines to ensure efficient time management. This includes:
2. Meeting logistics: for a wide range of external meetings involving the Board, Members, Clients and internal team meetings.
3. Travel arrangements: Manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and prepare itineraries for the CEO and Executive Team.
4. Document & Process Management: Drafting, editing, collating, formatting and proofreading reports, presentations, Board Papers and other documents.
5. Expenses reconciliation: working with finance.
Knowledge
1. Proficiency in Office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a must.
2. Media industry knowledge is highly desired.

1. Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to calmly prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Experience
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as either a C-Suite Executive Assistant role or Operations / Project Management roles.
