The primary focus is on planning, preparation, and teaching programs to achieve specific student outcomes.As teachers gain experience, their contribution to the school program beyond the classroom increases. All classroom teachers may be required to undertake additional duties aligned with their qualifications and experience.Classroom Teacher Range 2Range 2 classroom teachers assist the school in improving student performance and educational outcomes and contribute to school policies and priorities.Expectations include:- Content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse student needs- Modeling exemplary classroom practice and mentoring other teachers- Providing expert advice on professional learning- Supervising and training student teachers- Assisting staff in using student data to inform teaching approaches.Classroom Teacher Range 1Range 1 classroom teachers focus on developing skills to become effective practitioners with structured support.
