Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside motivated and energetic teammates and will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Rolling Stock and its associated equipment under the Scope of the Rolling Stock team at the Lilyfield Sydney Light Rail depot. If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career. This role will be on a rotating roster, which includes morning shifts (6 am-2 pm), afternoon shifts (2 pm-10 pm), and night shifts (10 pm-6 am) across weekdays and weekends.
We'll look to you for : Carrying out routine examinations, fault finding, interrogation and diagnostic testing on tram equipment installed on Sydney Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) sub-systemsActively maintaining and repairing tram equipment installed on LRVsFollowing all established safety procedures and utilising safety equipment as requiredReporting on activities, problems found and measures takenLiaising with internal and external stakeholders and understanding as well as implementing quality control measuresAll about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
