Your New Role As the CRM & Loyalty Marketing Executive, you will play an essential role in developing our customer relationship and loyalty strategies.
Based between frank green House in South Melbourne and frank green Operations in Dandenong South, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and reporting on our CRM initiatives and the development of our loyalty program.
Your expertise will ensure that our strategies are effectively integrated across all customer touchpoints, enhancing customer retention and brand loyalty.
You will also work closely with the broader Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams to create and oversee targeted workflows and programs within our CRM and loyalty platforms.
Your skill in accurately managing data and utilising insights will be crucial for cultivating strong customer relationships and nurturing a loyal community around the frank green brand.
Regular performance reporting and post-campaign analysis will be integral to your responsibilities, allowing us to consistently improve and innovate.
Your Day to Day Efficiently plan, schedule, and oversee marketing campaigns.
Create and oversee revenue-generating workflows within our CRM and Loyalty systems.
Design and implement strategies for our loyalty program to motivate and reward customers.
Ensure the accuracy of CRM and Loyalty data by keeping it clean and current.
Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
Examine customer data to uncover trends, behaviours, and potential opportunities.
Deliver weekly performance summaries and comprehensive post-campaign evaluations for the Leadership Team.
Facilitate ongoing Work In Progress (WIP) meetings both internally and with partners.
What You Need 2+ years' experience working in CRM, preferably using Klaviyo.
Loyalty experience is favourable but not required.
Analytical decision-maker, able to solve complex problems using data.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
