Responsibilities
:
1. Develop, manage and influence strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers
2. Understand the organisation wide usage of the suppliers you support
3. Act as an escalation point for Supplier Risk Assessment support
4. Support regulatory and policy change initiatives
5. Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to a wider team
6. Drive continuous improvement of the Supplier Risk Assessment and Supplier support model
7. Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Supplier Risk Assessment and Westpac's supplier risk environment

What do I need?
8. High proficiency and proven experience in supplierernance/ risk management, procurement or relationship management
9. Highly effective stakeholder management,munication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Leadership experience
12. Experience in implementation of supplierernance, due diligence and risk management program of work
13. High proficiency in COUPA Risk Assessment (CRA) functionality, process and troubleshooting or similar system based risk assessment tools would be highly beneficial
14. Financial sector experience
15. Relevant tertiary degree/ qualifications in Risk
