Are you a skilled and experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on a key road upgrade project? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Leading Hand to join the dynamic team at Mulgoa Rd. If you have expertise in live traffic management and road upgrades, we want to hear from you!
Location: Mulgoa Rd, Penrith
Key Benefits:
1. Daily Allowance: $43.73
2. Meal Allowance: $16.70 (Payable after 1.5 Hours of ordinary hours)
3. Shift Allowances: 15% for Afternoon/Nightshift
Roster: 10 nights per month on a cycle
Week one: 3 night shift, 2 paid stand downs at day rate for 8 hours. working 3 night shifts
Week Two : 5 day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
4. Lead and supervise a team of workers in daily activities related to road upgrades.
5. Demonstrate expertise in live traffic management and safety procedures.
6. Coordinate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
7. Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members.
8. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
9. Proven experience with live traffic management in road upgrade projects.
10. Strong leadership and communication skills.
11. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
12. White card (Essential)
13. Drivers licence and Vehicle (Essential).
