Your role within the team We are seeking an innovative Marketing Director to lead our digital and marketing strategy, elevating business performance through bold product innovation and exceptional brand engagement. You will lead a talented team of marketers to position our brands at the forefront of consumer minds, leveraging data-driven insights, creative innovation, and cutting-edge digital strategies across all channels. This transformative role involves redefining the brands approach to marketing, ensuring a digitally driven focus that enhances consumer engagement, brand relevance, and overall market impact. Key responsibilities include: Develop ANZ digital and marketing strategy and vision for the Swisse brand to drive business performance through brand engagement, Inspire and lead a team of consumer-centric marketers and business leaders to position the brands in each market, Utilize deep category insights, rich content, innovation, disruptive experiences, and digital business models across all channels, Lead our ongoing transformation in becoming more digitally driven and improve consumer engagement, Oversee the ANZ marketing departments, including Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Content, and Communications, Translate market dynamics into actionable strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, Initiate and implement measurable strategies to drive the business’s revenue goals. Ensure the establishment of a strong web presence to increase awareness and support consumer acquisition and retention, Evaluate online marketing performance and lead the marketing team in creating an effective web and social media presence, Partner with the Research and Development Team to create marketing plans and strategies with vast consumer outreach, Develop marketing plans that target specific segments effectively and ensure proper dissemination to relevant teams, Continuously develop the business’s unique voice, enhancing brand awareness, relevance, and reputation among target consumers. Desired Skills & Experience We look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: 10 years Brand Marketing and Digital experience, Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital technologies or any relevant academic qualification, Background in Retail or FMCG preferred, 7 years of hands-on practice with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM software and web design procedures, A working knowledge of and involvement in utilising test plans & data analysis tools to drive digital marketing performance & digital optimisation, Solid experience across e-Commerce accounts such as Amazon, Kogan and eBay as well as Direct To Consumer, Global & regional level experience preferred, Demonstrated track record in multi-functional, multi-stakeholder engagement and alignment.
