Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks, including sales, receiving, and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise.With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction while also facilitating the smooth operation of our service department.Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Support our in-branch Service Technicians with partsPromotion and sales of products and/or servicesHandling of parts sales and enquiriesPlacement of stock ordersProviding parts adviceReceipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locationsAssist with the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displaysFacilitation of inter-branch transfers of stockFollow up on back orders and stock shortagesAdministration and ad hoc duties as requiredThe Ideal Candidate should have:A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skillsBasic knowledge of data entry and machineryAbility to work both independently and in a teamAbility to follow safe work environment procedures and operationsForklift license preferred (we can help you with this!)About Hutcheon and PearceHutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian family-owned John Deere dealership, with a rich history, spanning over 70 years across NSW.
