+ 11.5% Superannuation Role Details The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Regional Director to join the Central Region team on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for: · Arranging timely scheduling of appointments, arranging meetings and obtaining all required documentation and preparing correspondence on behalf of the Regional Director · Liaising, coordinating and negotiating with relevant agency staff, Ministerial staff and other relevant public sector personnel on confidential matters related to the unit · Preparation of agenda papers and undertaking and monitoring appropriate follow up action for committees · Providing comprehensive administrative support services relating to human resources including maintenance of personal files, salary information systems and staff audits.
About You We are looking for a vibrant communicator with experience providing high quality confidential executive support and managing a high and varied workload.
To be successful in this role you will have experience producing reports, briefing papers and a knowledge of records management processes.
You will also have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders.
If you have experience in providing administrative functions and have high attention to detail, then this may be the role for you.
