Responsibilities
:
1. Relationship management and development for the A360 contract including face to face meetings with Woodside stakeholders as required. Be the Woodside advocate within Honeywell
2. Communication with the Customer in accordance with a contract specific Communications Plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI).
3. Ensure compliance with contract specific HSE Plan, and customer’s HSE policies and practices both on and off-site.
4. Help resolve, troubleshoot and escalate incidents that arise, with relevant stakeholders. This includes managing the escalation process for the customer.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
5. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
6. Appropriate technical/business qualification for role
7. Six Sigma Certification
8. ITIL Certification preferred
9. Extensive experience in the Industrial Automation or Relevant Industry
10. Systems integration
11. Field Service experience
12. Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities. (Conceptualise, develop and execute)
13. 10+ years of customer delivery in services &/or project environment
