About the role In the role of Residential Builders Account Specialist, you would be a part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering a high level of service to our existing and growing customer base.

Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders within our customers across all levels of business, supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise Supporting customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics Achieving agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member Skills and Experience Self motivated and strong drive and focus to succeed Experience working as a key account manager, external sales representative and/or relevant industry/product experience People skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers Ability to work to deadlines through good discipline, planning and time-management skills Strong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customers Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package would be advantageous, but not essential Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel Reece Group Our journey began more than 100 years ago, but our commitment to delivering quality products and expert service to the trade industry remain the same.
