As our HR Policy & Instructional Design Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in developing and coordinating policy frameworks, procedures, and guidance materials. You'll have the opportunity to simplify complex information, enhance learning content, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive positive behaviours and operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to uplifting the University's capability on key compliance and HR strategic priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and Coordinate Policy Frameworks: Work closely with the HR Policy and Work Instruction Lead to create comprehensive policy documents, procedures, and guidance materials.
* Enhance Learning Content: Provide expert recommendations to improve existing learning and compliance course content, focusing on enhancing the learner experience.
* Simplify Complex Information: Transform technical information into engaging, easily understood content to facilitate stakeholder awareness and adoption of changes.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with the Change and Communications team and other key stakeholders to align deliverables with key messages and compliance requirements.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced policy writer with a strong background in translating complex technical information into clear, practical documents, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
You will also:
* Possess strong experience in writing high-quality policy documents that are easily understood by employees.
* Have the ability to convert technical material into procedures, processes, and guidance materials.
* Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with diverse groups and senior leaders.
* Have experience working in organisations with regulatory compliance and monitoring requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse, synthesise, and solve complex problems using sound judgment and professional expertise.
