About the role As a Truck Driver at GADTECH Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of quarry material across Southern Tasmania. This full-time role is based in Penna TAS 7171 and will involve operating and maintaining heavy vehicles in the Road Transport industry.What you'll be doing Safely operating heavy vehicles such as Truck and Truck and TrailerAdhering to all relevant road laws and safety regulationsConducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintaining accurate logbooks and other required documentationAssisting with loading and unloading of materials from our quarriesReporting any vehicle faults or maintenance requirementsDelivering goods on time and in good conditionWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Truck Driver in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industryCurrent Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (HC or MC class)Strong knowledge of road rules and driving safetyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness and organisationWhat we offer At GADTECH Pty Ltd, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career development.
