What are we looking for?
We are now seeking a Receptionist to join our Melbourne office.
This is an ongoing full time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
You will be the first person that a client meets in their legal journey.
That's why it's so important that our teams are welcoming, empathetic and caring.
You can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:Meeting and greeting our clients and/or our external suppliers Assisting in setting up appointments and booking meeting roomsPreparing rooms for client meetings, conferences and board meetingsAnswering phones and directing our clients to their legal teams Attending to and preparing meeting and video conference room bookings Occasional travel and catering bookings (if required) Administrative tasks (occasional photocopying and/or archiving duties)Draft communications to all staffUpdate processes and identify efficiencies across all front of house locationsWhat will you bring?
For you to be successful you will need to have the following skills and attributes: A welcoming and easy going nature, with the ability to put our clients at ease when they arrive to meet their lawyer A good listener and ability to help direct our clients to the right person to help them Prior experience in customer service and/or client facing roles A confident multi-tasker who conveys calm control when helping clients both face to face and over the phone Passionate about client care and willing to work as part of a team that seek ways to continually improve the service that we provide to our clients Proactive approach to solving problems What next?
