You will approach the role with curiosity and rigor to develop analysis, workflow and efficiency in operations which will hit the bottom line. This is a highly commercial role engaging with an array of stakeholders. Snapshot of responsibilities:Identify business improvement opportunities through insightful analysisOversee projects from inception through to successful implementationRegularly prepare and present financial performance reporting to the Executive Leadership teamBe responsible for all performance management, training and development of Commercial Analysts (4)About you:Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsData analysis and financial modelling tools are your strong point - Excel, exposure to large-scale ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI)Demonstrated experience with financial project management initiatives and financial system transformationsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
