The Role Coomera Anglican College is seeking a motivated and organised Marketing/Communications Administration Officer to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment, supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the vibrant community at our College. This will be a fixed term contract until 31 March 2025 with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing activities and events. Maintain and update marketing databases and content management systems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives. Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications department, including documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations. This position is a full time School Officer role and is required to work during term breaks. To be successful, you will: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Demonstrate high level interpersonal and written and oral communication skills within a culturally diverse community or organisation Have the ability to work autonomously and work as a productive member of a team In addition, you must hold or be able to hold a current working with children check (Blue Card).
