Job Responsibilities:
1. Hands on leadership role working with a small, close knit team and with support from Assistants.
2. Preparation of all documentation for settlement
3. Develop new and existing client relationships
4. Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
5. Receipting funds from clients
6. Providing quotes to new clients
7. Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process.
The Criteria:
8. Must have Current Settlements Agents Licence & Triennial Certificate
9. Previous experience in a similar position
10. Proficient in SettsPlus, PEXA and Trust Accounting
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Exceptional attention to detail
13. Exceptional computer skills
14. Ability to work well within a team environment
