This position is suited to an energetic and bubbly individual with a passion for making a difference, that is used to working within a fast-paced and varied environment. Combining strong elements of customer service and campus operations support - the day-to-day of this position involves efficiently managing enquiries from students, teachers, and trainers through a variety of touchpoints, as well as assisting with the coordination of classes, through to handling general data entry and office coordination. You will need to be available mainly for evening shifts and potential weekends. DUTIES Effective management of inbound queries - face-to-face, phone, live chat, email Accurately recording conversations and updating within internal systems Assist with the scheduling of classes and booking of rooms Assist trainers and teachers with class administration e.g. class rolls, Zoom links for virtual sessions, and course materials Managing stationery and outgoing mail (such as completion certificates) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and high attention to detail Prior experience in a fast-food setting or events would be advantageous Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Bubbly, outgoing, and energetic demeanour - a real passion for, and experience in, customer service! Autonomous and proactive in nature - a strong knack for forward-thinking System savvy and ability to pick up new technologies with ease Education/RTO exposure will be highly regarded The successful candidate will undergo both a Police Check, and the process of obtaining a Working with Children Check - Employee (WWCC) if they do not currently possess one.
