**The Opportunity**
Cleanaway Daniels Health is expanding, and we're seeking a Field Sales Manager to join our QLD sales team in Yatala.
This newly created position will serve as a key link between our Head of Sales Leader and the eastern states of NSW and QLD, driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Empower, support, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed their goals.
* Hunt for growth opportunities across the region, diversifying our assets and penetrating new markets.
* Analyse competitor activity and market intelligence to refine strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
* Lead a portfolio of sales managers and KAMs managing an annual customer spend of over $30 million.
* Collaborate across teams, fostering cross-functional relationships to maximise business outcomes.
* Align regional financials with the Value Operating Model, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
**About You**

A minimum of 5 years experience in a service delivery model, sales leadership role, or enterprise organisation.
Demonstrated experience and confidence in reviewing legal contracts and agreements, with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
The ability to build compelling business cases and develop innovative, targeted sales and go-to-market strategies.
Strong presentation and proposal/tender development skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict management, and team leadership.
