Manage procurement activities to support the engagement of an external consultant to undertake the SVCM Pilot program evaluation. Coordinate evaluation management team meetings and work to ensure agreed milestones are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual obligations. Extract, collate, analyse and review data from cases on the Sexual Violence List to support evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement. Establish baseline data collection and reporting processes to monitor SVCM Pilot program deliverables and outcomes and to feed into the program evaluation. Interpret data to identify trends and use appropriate data visualisation techniques (e.g., Power BI) to share information including via stakeholder forums. Prepare statistical reports, documents, presentations, executive briefs, publications and correspondence. Consult and liaise with key stakeholders to promote the establishment of quality data systems and reporting to inform SVCM Pilot program outcomes. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of courts processes, systems and relevant legislation and complete tasks and provide advice as required by the Director, SV Case Reform. Ensure data and evaluation activities are trauma-informed and incorporate cultural capability and are responsive to the needs of vulnerable courts users including First Nations peoples.
