We are seeking someone with an administration background or with a general understanding of administration to work on a part-time basis as a District Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry, database and systems coordination.
* Records administration.
* Liaison with external suppliers to generate quotes.
* Liaison and communication with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
* Provision of customer service and general administrative and office support.
* Accounts payable administration.
* Providing support at meetings including organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements.
Requirements:
* Motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated administration experience and excellent attention to detail.
* Efficient computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365.
* Experience interacting with people at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability, positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to demonstrate your initiative.
* Self-motivation and a willingness to pitch in where needed.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
