Add expected salary to your profile for insightsFixed term full-time opportunity for a 2-year periodHybrid working environment, WFH and the officeThe opportunitySilverchain are recruiting for a Transformation Lead to join the team on a fixed term basis, this is likely going to be a 2-year contract with some flexibility to extend.The Transformation Lead is responsible for coordinating the transformation initiatives within Silverchain. The role focuses on creating alignment across the multiple strategic initiatives in train at Silverchain and assist the Transformation Officer in the coordination of the programs to understand collective impact and drive realisation of stated outcomes. The Transformation Lead will work closely with senior leaders responsible for the delivery of the strategic initiatives.Key responsibilitiesResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:Lead and deliver critical strategic initiatives under the direction of the Transformation Officer and CEOTransformation Programs Coordination:Working in close collaboration with Program Sponsors and Leads, coordinate and facilitate the execution of major transformation initiatives across the BusinessCollate and refine the capture and reporting of the progress of major initiatives, including financial spend, milestone progress, benefits realisation, risks and issues identification and managementIdentify, assess and determine mitigation activities to manage collective risks related to transformation effortsProvide support to the Transformation Steering Committee, including working closely with Program Leads to collate and review inputs ahead of meetings and manage actions post meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, program managers, staff, and clients.Contribute to, and if required, lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and the operating model across SilverchainWork closely with the Transformation Officer to identify and execute on strategic and improvement initiatives to enhance the governance and execution of major transformation initiatives across Silverchain.About youThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes:Proven record of overseeing delivery of a portfolio of initiatives to time, budget and outcomes.Demonstrated ability to excel in uncertain environments and inspire others to embrace and drive the organisation's transition toward its desired future state.Highly accountable, with a focus on performance and commercial mindset.Exemplary organisational skills and initiative.Corporate governance and strategic advisory skills.High level research and policy development skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.Executive level communication, collaboration, conflict engagement and resolution influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills.A relevant tertiary or post graduate qualification is desirable.How to applyTo submit your application, click ‘Apply' and if you would like to see a copy of the position description, please contact Claire Santoro at (emailprotected).At Silverchain Group, we recognise the positive contribution that a diverse workforce makes to our organisation where individuals can be authentic, are respected and celebrated.
