Contracts Administrator – Tier 1 Building Services Contractor Western Sydney
Company National building services contractor who works with major builders on projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, data centre, infrastructure, and defence sectors.
Currently involved in several of the major projects across Australia within the infrastructure, commercial, and healthcare sectors, this award-winning business has gone through a strategic development and implementation for their processes and risk management procedures over the past 2 years.
Position Reporting into the contracts director for the business, you will assist and work on reviewing contracts for risk and suitable preferred terms.
The role will see you work with multiple internal stakeholders such as project managers, project directors, and construction managers across all departments on large bids and variations to works.
You To be successful, we will consider a contracts administrator with 3 – 7 years' experience.
You will also demonstrate:
Degree qualified in commercial or construction disciplineExperience in reviewing construction contractsBuilding services contractor experience (desirable)Builder, civil, and cost consultancy experience (will also be considered)Ability to work with multiple stakeholdersThis is an exciting opportunity for either a CA (or QS) with 3 – 7 years' experience in the construction industry.
