* Branch based leadership opportunity in our St George Glendale branch
* Permanent full time position - 38 hours per week
* Ongoing training and development available to grow your career
How will I help?
Our local in-branch teams do their bit to add real value to the communities they work and live in. By not only supporting customers from the area with any financial needs – but by being a place where great relationships are formed every day. As one of our Branch Managers you’ll lead the way to stronger, longer-lasting relationships with local customers. With a team of insightful, inspired people beneath you, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch you work in – while delivering a customer experience that stands out for all the right reasons.
What’s in it for me?
We want you to love what you do – and where you do it. You’ll be paid fairly, while being in a great position to grow your career – with a range of online learning, training and career planning tools on offer. Some of the best banking, wealth and insurance benefits that are out there will be on offer – and you can even take paid volunteer leave or secondments as well.
What do I need?
You might already have experience as a branch manager, or be looking to take that leap into a leadership role. Either way, your experience in customer service and sales will give you the skills to take the role and make it your own. You’ll be a people leader, a customer advocate, and a down-to-earth can-doer – and it’s these qualities, combined with your practical experience, that will help you truly shine as one of our new leaders.
