You will be responsible for handling the full recruitment process - including candidate screening, talent-pooling, shortlisting of candidates and offering the successful candidate their new job, and ultimately making a positive impact in their career and life.Working in a high-performing team with the support of multiple Business Development Managers (BDM), Service Delivery Manager, and a dedicated Director of Testing Services, your day-to-day activities will involve:Supporting the BDM's by identifying top talent through sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against a broad range of testing roles across our client portfolio.Identifying and building consistent pipelines of candidates and providing frequent updates to BDMs.Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and career aspirations.Working collaboratively with candidates to prepare items for bid responses and tender submissions including CVs, selection criteria, references and pre-employment documentation.Conducting Reference Checks and passing through any leads to BDM.Providing Interview Preparation to candidates, while working closely with the BDM.Providing feedback and updates to candidates on RFQ applications.Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Supporting the BDM in the preparation and submission of tender response documentation.Creating and maintaining notes on all candidates within our internal CRM.Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective recruitment outcomes.Required Experience:3+ years in recruitment.Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Resilience and adaptability.Ambitious and driven to succeed.Proactive and results oriented, with a high-performance mindset.Willingness to learn and develop your skills.Perks of the role:Above industry salary package (includes $5000 annual training allowance and $500 annual Health/Wellbeing allowance).Generous uncapped bonus scheme.Work from home flexibility.Working with a high performing management group.Fun, relaxed and inclusive team culture.Numerous annual social events.Opportunities to travel interstate for work events/team meetings.Career progression opportunities and continual investment into your professional development.Ability to gain an AGSVA Security Clearance.This role is Canberra based with the successful candidate working with our team from our office in Woden.
