The Role:
* Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
* Identifying new business opportunities by recommending suitable insurance options to clients.
* Creating comprehensive insurance proposals and negotiating terms and premiums on behalf of clients.
* Managing insurance applications and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
* Overseeing renewals, credit control, and essential reporting for client portfolios.
* Collaborating with underwriters to secure quotes and negotiate terms beneficial to clients.
* Developing renewal and brokering strategies tailored to individual client requirements.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in insurance broking or a similar field.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations.
