**Logistics Coordinator Role**
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating freight operations and ensuring seamless delivery of goods.
You will collaborate with internal teams, third-party providers, and stakeholders to maintain efficient operations and exceptional service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage local, import, and export shipments, guaranteeing timely deliveries.
* Coordinate inbound booking processes with freight suppliers and warehouse teams.
* Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and shipment data.
* Prepare and process shipping documentation (POs, invoices, packing lists).
* Track shipments and escalate delivery issues as needed.
* Manage outbound freight schedules and operations.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, service, and cost efficiency.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is $72,500 + superannuation per annum, based on a Central Coast location.
