About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant / Senior Legal Assistant to join our Work Injuries team on a part-time permanent basis in our Traralgon office.
Some office visits are required but we are open to remote work.
Working in a small, close-knit team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative and legal support while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and client enquiries, handling diary management and appointment scheduling, liaising with internal and external clients, overseeing file management and document preparation, and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to develop their skills.
Strong client service and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
