Are you passionate about project management and hands-on installations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and teamwork are key? Join our team as a Project Coordinator where you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within NSW and QLD. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and our internal teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will do with us:
1. Oversee installation processes, perform site inspections and ensure all safety and quality documentation (JSEA, SWMS, etc.) is completed.
2. Evaluate and manage project deliverables, ensure milestones are met, and work with the team to keep projects on track.
3. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure expectations are clear and installations run smoothly, including interstate site visits when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk registers, project plans, and invoicing information. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001).
What you will bring to the role:
1. Great communication skills and the ability to be clear, motivating, and professional when dealing with all stakeholders.
2. Motivated, organised, and goal-oriented to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
3. Comfortable using software like CAD, PLC programming tools, and CRM Systems, with a knack for adapting to new technology.
4. Experience in a similar role and confident with analysing electrical drawings and project management.
5. Experience with PLC programming will be advantageous along with knowledge of quality standards and safe work practices.
