Legal Product Consultant at Deeligence – Melbourne, Australia About the Role Deeligence is an award-winning startup focused on transforming the lives of corporate lawyers by eliminating the repetitive and manual tasks in due diligence through our innovative, AI-driven platform. As a Legal Product Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our customers adopt this transformative technology. Suited to someone who is a bit of a Swiss Army knife – a dash of product, a pinch of customer success and a sprinkle of growth and strategy. This position is our first commercial hire (outside of our killer tech team). We're looking for someone hungry to be part of this exciting early-stage startup journey with us. In this Melbourne-based role, you'll manage Deeligence's existing and prospective customers across APAC, through the entire customer journey – from driving growth through new business, renewals and feedback management. You will work closely with the Founders to develop and implement strategies that increase product adoption, grow our customer base and enhance the customer experience. Ideal candidate - must-haves Legal background: We think lawyers can do anything they set their minds to. Previous experience as a lawyer that knows the DD process intimately, ideally in M&A/Corporate, or has a strong understanding of the legal challenges Corporate lawyers face.Customer obsessed: The ability to nurture meaningful relationships and manage a portfolio of accounts. Skilled at handling objections and communicating feedback promptly and professionally. Includes providing training and education to customers ensuring product understanding and satisfaction.Operational excellence: Hungry to excel through positive impact.
