The Opportunity Your role as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer will provide experience across a multitude of engineering fundamentals, Plant Maintenance, and Asset Management, offering immediate exposure to different disciplines. You will gain exposure and development in the operational side of our business with rotations within Design, Projects, Planning, and Reliability, as well as access to our Energy and Power stations. There will be practical experience in Project Management, Design, Site Maintenance Planning, Asset Reliability, 3D Scan, Shutdown Planning, and Vibration Analysis (Data Collection to Report). The Program As part of the 2026 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your professional career with one of Australia's fastest-growing mining companies. Tailored two-year program that will challenge your thinking across a range of business functions, each offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects. Exposure to different commodities and services including Iron Ore, Lithium, Energy, Mining Services, and Construction. Rotations within our state-of-the-art head office and site-based experiences on our Mineral Resources operated sites. Requirements for the Role Graduated by the end of 2025 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months. Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application. Have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2026.
