As an Administration Officer (Rotation), you will play a key role in supporting the various administration areas within BSSA, including Client Communication, Reception Support, and Image Management and Medical Records. In this casual position, you’ll use IT systems to provide excellent customer service, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency while meeting service timeframes.Reporting to the Team Leader, you will liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality administrative support. Operating with some autonomy, you’ll apply initiative and sound judgment to resolve issues based on established practices. Additionally, you’ll assist with Quality Assurance monitoring and reporting, contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.
