Finance AdministratorThe Administrative Assistant provides high-level, efficient administrative support to contribute towards the effective operation of the business unit.Role:Provide administrative support to senior management and the branch (meetings, diaries, reception, training, travel, procurement, office maintenance).Prepare documents (memos, reports, manuals) using appropriate software.Manage files and records for efficient information retrieval.Process purchase orders and invoices per procurement policies.About you:Ideally, you will have great communication skills and a finance background knowledge and understanding of budgets, general ledgers, journals, accruals & expenditure.
