It's an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for an Events and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at Tennis South Australia on a full time, ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Partnerships, the Events and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and assisting with all events for Tennis SA and The Drive. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all elements of the events, ensuring there are strong planning documents in place to ensure smooth delivery for all activities.
About the Role
In this role you will:
* Strategically plan and execute all events for Tennis SA in line with national and Tennis SA goals
* Coordinate and manage an annual event calendar with internal teams for seamless delivery
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Partnerships Team to create event-specific collateral for sales proposals, government submissions, and other stakeholder documentation
* Assist in the management of key stakeholder relationships and relevant associated documentation
* Support in securing and maintaining strategic partnerships and sponsorships critical to Tennis SA's success

* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
* Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
