The RoleThe role involves partnering with key customers to ensure they trust Atlantic Digital and feel they are a priority to the company. This includes: Ensuring customers are confident in the company's ability to monitor infrastructure and manage BAU support and projects Managing resourcing and workloads for day to day operations, working within defined SLA's and providing a prompt, reliable and professional service Providing leadership and co-ordination of work within the team Scoping, collaborating and planning projects to enable the best possible outcomes for the customer, while also engaging the team in value-adding work This is a leadership role and holds a position on the Management Team within our dynamic and progressive company. Initially to be appointed as Associate SDMs, the successful candidates will be both challenged and supported by members of the management team as they tackle a variety of tasks that will move us closer to our "Quality" and "Excellence" targets in early 2025. They will be directly appointed to Service Delivery Managers roles once the business and the individual are both ready. RequirementsYou must have minimum 8+ years proven experience in supporting Microsoft Server platforms, applications and client systems in an MSP style environment. Additional requirements include: A tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline from a recognised education provider Relationship building skills to engender customer trust Excellent verbal and written communication skills Diplomacy: ability to demonstrate patience and understanding Flexibility: willingness to go above and beyond Maturity and professionalism Organisational skills: time management, prioritisation to meet deadlines Intrinsic motivation: the ability to work independently with minimal supervision The ability to lead a team toward the achievement of customer and business goals A high level of attention to detail An attractive remuneration package is on offer to highly capable candidates.
