About the Role:
A great role for a dedicated, proficient and organised Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently achieved.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Strong ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced kitchens
* Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
* Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
